These terms apply when you order from glowframe.au, run by Glowframe (ABN 80 718 844 075), Perth, Western Australia.

Your photo

When you upload a photo, you confirm that you took it, or that you have the right to use it, and that the people in it would be happy for it to be made into a Glowframe. You keep all rights in your photo; you give us permission to use it only to make, check and deliver your order.

We may decline a photo that is inappropriate, offensive, or appears to be someone else’s copyrighted work. If we do, we’ll email you and refund you in full, or let you upload a different photo.

The preview

The preview is made with the same calculation as the print, so it’s a close guide to how your Glowframe will look. Light sources differ, so the real glow can be a little warmer or brighter than on your screen.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is taken when you order.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order until it starts printing. After that, because it is made just for you, we can’t accept a change of mind. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; see Shipping and returns.
