Glowframe (ABN 80 718 844 075) makes custom photo lithophanes in Perth, Western Australia. Your photos are often of family, friends and people you’ve lost, so we keep them private and only use them to make what you ordered.
What we collect
- Your photo and your design choices (crop, size, style, tone and frame), and the preview images made from them.
- Your email, so we can send you a link to your design and tell you about your order.
- Your order details: name, delivery address, phone number and what you bought. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or keep your card number.
- A photo of your finished Glowframe, taken before we post it, to check it matches your preview.
How we use it
To make, check and deliver your order, to email you about your design and your order, and to answer your questions. Your photo is never used for anything else, and never shared, except with the people and services that help us run the shop (our web host, our payment provider and Australia Post, who receive only what they need).
Photos: kept private, then deleted
Photos are stored privately, never in a public place on the website. We delete your original photo and the print files 60 days after delivery. Designs that are never ordered are deleted 30 days after they were last changed.
Sharing your finished Glowframe
We only show a photo of your finished Glowframe on our website or social media if you ticked the box saying we may. You can change your mind at any time by emailing us, and we’ll take it down.
Emails
We send emails you need: your design link and messages about your order. We only send offers and gift ideas if you ticked the box to receive them, and every one has a link to stop them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@glowframe.au. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
