We check your photo within one working day, then print and pack it. Most orders leave our Perth workshop within 3 to 5 working days, then Australia Post delivers it, usually in 2 to 6 business days depending on where you are.

Yes, until it prints. Reply to your order email, or write to hello@glowframe.au, as soon as you can. Once printing has started we can’t change it.

Always. A person looks at every photo and its preview before it prints. If something would look better with a different crop or tone, or the photo is too small to print well, we email you before going ahead.

Everywhere in Australia, with Australia Post. You’ll get a tracking link when it’s on its way.

Each piece is wrapped and boxed to travel safely. If it ever arrives damaged, send us a photo and we’ll print you a new one.

The lithophane is 144 × 108 mm, landscape or portrait. With a Classic or Soft frame it’s about 164 × 128 mm; a Gallery frame is about 180 × 144 mm. Every piece comes with a stand.

Classic is a flat 10 mm border with square edges. Gallery has a wide 18 mm border with a stepped inner edge, like a picture mount. Soft has a 10 mm border with rounded corners and edges. The preview shows each one around your photo.

A lithophane holds your photo in its thickness, not in ink. In daylight you see a soft white relief; with light behind it, the thin parts glow and the picture appears. The preview’s light switch shows you both.

The lithophane is printed in white PLA. The frame and stand are printed in your chosen colour. The Light Box has an LED panel inside, behind the photo.

It comes with a USB cable with a touch switch and dimmer. Plug it into a basic 5 V 2 A USB phone charger. Please don’t use a fast charger (USB-C PD): the light isn’t made for it.

Yes. The back clips into the frame, so you can open it and swap in a new lithophane. Write to us if you’d like another panel for the same frame.

Dust it with a soft dry cloth. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat, such as a car dashboard or a heater.

Please only use photos you took yourself or have the right to use. We may decline photos that are inappropriate or clearly someone else’s work, such as professional or copyrighted images, and refund you in full.

Your photo is stored privately and used only to make your Glowframe. We delete it 60 days after delivery. We never use it anywhere without your permission. See our privacy policy.

We’ll tell you when you upload it. Small photos still work, but fine detail may look soft. The original from your phone is always better than a screenshot or a photo from social media.
